Construction manager / assistant


Main job responsibilities:

  • Būvniecības procesa kontrolēšana un organizēšana būvobjektā;
  • Planning and delegating daily work tasks;

  • Compilation of a calendar schedule and its observance during construction works;

  • Subcontracting;

  • Quality control of construction works;

  • Completion of project documentation .

Requirements:

  • Experience in the position of construction manager or assistant for at least 3 years;
  • Ability to work with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc. c .;

  • Ability to manage builders and promote their productivity;

 


  • Ability to deal with unusual situations;

  • Ability to attract / find the necessary construction specialists;

  • Driving license category B.
