Construction manager / assistant
Main job responsibilities:
- Būvniecības procesa kontrolēšana un organizēšana būvobjektā;

Planning and delegating daily work tasks;

Compilation of a calendar schedule and its observance during construction works;

Subcontracting;
-
Quality control of construction works;
- Completion of project documentation .
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of construction manager or assistant for at least 3 years;

Ability to work with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc. c .;

Ability to manage builders and promote their productivity;
-
Ability to deal with unusual situations;
-
Ability to attract / find the necessary construction specialists;

Driving license category B.
